The Parish of Langdon Hills

After the success of our last roller skating trip, we have arranged another evening for Saturday 13th December.

We will be returning Rollerworld, Colchester, for their Saturday night skating disco, as well as a game of Quasar.

Leaving from St John’s at 6 pm, all 16-25’s are welcome. Please call or text Anna (contact us for number) if you would like to come or need more information, and collect a permission slip if you are under 18.

There a limited number of places for people outside the age group, please speak to Anna if you are interested.

Cost: £5.00 per person and tickets are available from Ruth Booth At St. Mary’s, Moreen Hasley Or Liz Burton At St. John’s.

MENU: VEGETABLE SOUP, LASAGNE & SALAD, APPLE PIE.

Vegetarian alternative if ordered when ticket purchased. Please bring own drinks.  Glasses provided.

Saturday 11th October a trip for 16 - 25s to RollerWorld, Colchester.

Starts at 7.30, meet St John’s at 6 pm. Lifts are available if necessary and entry is £4.90. Please contact Anna if you have any queries.

St John’s and St Mary’s Picnic: Sunday 3 August 1pm

Meet at Westley Heights (behind the Harvester). Fun and games for all ages: rounders, football, treasure hunt and lots more. Or you can just come along and relax and watch the fun. Bring your own picnic and chairs.

Saturday 21st June: Music for a summer evening (with strawberries and bubbly). An informal evening of music in aid of St Luke’s hospice. 7.30pm at St John’s.
