Our Far Eastern Banquet – Well Southend!
Last Wednesday 14 members of the men’s group came together for a excellent chinese meal at a far eastern venue – the seafront on southend beach!! The food was mouth watering fantastic and the drinks were eye watering expensive! But we didn’t mind as we had a fantastic table that everybody could sit around, chat and exchange stories. From where I was sitting we managed to discuss the merits of using the back lanes to avoid the 6.30pm traffic, who could remember their first Ford and what is the best way to fold a duck pancake – Eddy had the best suggestion – “with lots of chilly sauce”.
